For textures I use Qarls Texture Pack III OMOD - QTP3

Easy install with OBMM, keep in mind the mod is broken up into 11 files. If you do install said mod make sure to install this patch IF you are using the unofficial oblivion patch

Consider installing Cyrodiil Enb, I have never had issues with it unlike other Enbs
