Items vanishing from inventory
Items (such as my mortar and pestle, or repair hammers, ...) are vanishing from my inventory. They are still there and eventually reappear, I just can't see them.

Common bug, triggered by holding too many different items at once. Carrying stuff from mods tends to make it trigger earlier. Once you've dropped enough items, the missing ones will re-appear.
