Siren's Deception Bug?

Did some googling around to find solution, but i managed again find something "weird".

So i'm playing female character and when i enter to farm, i'm approached by the main lady (Faustina?), and i can give answer for her that i'm here because of the ring, or make her to confess. Which will start the fight, when i'm done with two other women, the main woman will repeat the same lines what i got when i entered house. I can't kill her either, she will raise from dead and third, i can't get out.

Can this be fixed somehow through console?

EDIT:

If i attack Faustina prematurely, then i'm able to kill her, but can't get out.

Solved by installing Unofficial Oblivion Patch again.
