Blue win 10 loading circle instead of cursor?

The game was fine until it auto saved and now when ever i load it up i have the blue circle instead of the normal cursor.
Ive tried reloading many times but i thought id ask here if it happens alot and maybe a quick fix?
Im considering changine the steam overlay settings.
Any help would be appreciated

Ive discovered that it seems to do it when the game saves so far by auto save or by quick save.
I had managed to get rid of it by disabling the steam overlay but it just came back after a quick save.
This is fairly game breaking so i hope someone can help :/

EDIT: Windowed mode worked for longer but its back again :(

Should anyone come here looking for a solution to the off center mouse cursor which then displays the game cursor and the desktop cursor then this fixed it for me!

Get a copy of "Borderless Gaming". on steam. it allows you to disable the windows courser until terminating the application. it resolves this issue, and probably many other games with the same sort of issues, that use software mouse input.

UPDATE: This stopped working for me, However, I noticed that the blue mouse circle tended to pop up during skipping the intro videos when first starting the game, which the game seemed to crash if you just let those play. The solution is to bypass the intro videos from playing by renaming them.

the videos you need to rename are as follows:

2k games.bik
bethesda softworks HD720P.bik
game studios.bik
Oblivion Legal.bik

you can just tag whatever you want onto their names after the .bik and they will bypass in the loading sequence, this fix seems to be working so far, I will update if it also fails, with a new solution.
