Use the search function.
That would be Cntr + f in note pad
or the search icon (looks like binoculars) on the ribbon of NotePad++
It can be done by:
1. Open Oblivion.ini (for instance, in Notepad)
2. Change bBackground Keyboard=0 to 1

and if you have a knob for speakers that doesn't change the fact that people are trying to actually access the volume control within the pc itself, which you cannot do that unless you do what was mentioned above and enable the keyboard.
honestly this wasn't even a big issue for me but finding it like this makes this post a goldmine lol.
