The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Decent GPU making insane noise in wilderness
Hello,

Back after some years on Oblivion, I'm feeling a bit depressed as my GPU is having a hard time in the wilderness (towns are OK). The temperatures go up to 75 C°, and I'm hearing the fans consequently.
I mean, I'm hearing my GPU screaming through my headset.
If I recall well, I never had this problem with my previous GPU (a 770).
CPU is doing fine.

The only big graphics mod I'm using is QTP.

Anyone else got this issue ?

Any modern pc should be able to run oblivion vanilla without breaking a sweat it’s that old.

You should list your specs if you need assistance

Hi, thanks for replying.

OS : Windows 10
CPU : i7 6700k 4.00Ghz
GPU : GeForce 1070 Ti GTX (Evga SC Black Edition)
Got 16 GB of RAM.

Just uploaded my graphic drivers which were outdated for a month. But still no change (I had no hope about that anyway :) )

I'm starting to think that it might something I edited in the ini file. But can't remember what I touched to.. silly me.

Got any other issues or symptoms? Do other games make your gpu loud quickly or any crashing?, Temps?
