Using telekinesis doesn't let me rotate the item in clockwise.
It's the same thing that could be done by holding 'Grab' button, except telekinesis has extra features that moves the object back on forth, which is something that I don't desperately need.

Put it in it's Place: Enhanced Grabbing is my goto mod for all that kind of stuff. Also, there was an old mod called Decorator Assistant, I used to use it back in the day and it was useful too.

Always make sure you are in walk mode or sneak mode when moving items because they are much more managable to work with and you wont send everything flying like they do when in running mode. Also quick save before doing something intricate incase it goes wrong.

Imperial Furniture mod adds desks and cupboards which are useful for standing on when you want to arrange items higher up. Once the items have been placed you can remove whatever it was you were standing on.
