ENBseries working, but not A Tweaked ENB
Sooo... like the nexus mods instructions for A Tweaked ENB said, I put the d3d9.dll in the same folder as oblivion.exe, and then copied all the ATE files into that folder as well. I'm playing the Steam version of the game, and OBSE is working. When I'm ingame and do Shift + Enter, I see the ENB settings, but changing them doesn't do anything for me. HDR is on and anti aliasing is off. I did try disabling Windows Game Bar, but that did nothing. This the same with every ENB I've tried to install. I've been pulling my hair out for the past few days trying to figure this out so if anyone can help me, I'd be very thankful.

Disabled both the game's steam overlay and main steam overlay, didn't work. Thanks though.

Hey there, Im the one that made ate long time ago :). Glad to see some are still testing it out, but I cant recommend it at all! Its buggy and the lighting could never be done right.
You should really try to use https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47810/? Its what I were aiming for :)

Why its not working. Maybe you have some overlay on such as msi afterburner, intel graphic card, maybe some AA/AF running in the graphic control setting, not running "large" in game or that it works if you use windows mode. Its hard to tell but dont give up. Oblivion is still great with some gfx settings
