Run GUI, check "Update Masterlist" and press "Run Boss".
After that navigate to "Mods" tab in Wry Bash, right click on bashed patch select "Rebuild", press OK.
If that doesn't help, try a common technique - disable all mods, then turn them on one by one and find what caused the crash.
There are some OBSE plugins that improve overall game stability like "EngineBugFixes" and "Oblivion Stutter Remover". Also, some plugins may not work together.
It may be better to check forums/nexus for compatibility issues and guides on how to correctly enable a particular mod (usually it is on "description" page of a mod on nexus).
Also, that is probably way too many mods for someone new to modding. I would recommend following guides first before you attempt it yourself like that.
At this point, Ive reinstalled vanilla oblivion and i am installing mods one by one now.
I just downloaded BOSS and I will be using it now
next do your homework decide what kind of play thorough your going to do and download mods to compliment it.
finally add your mods 1 or 2 at a time use LOOT to set the load order as you go and run the game to see if there any problems.
NB due to the age of this game most of the mods on the nexus are setup to be manually installed (there was no mod managers out when oblivion was in it's heyday).
Yes you can use Wryebash as a mod manager but it's still just taking the contents as they are and installing them into oblivion directory (most mods need to be injected into the Data folder under this directory (if the mods don't get to where they need to go they may not work.)
Finally, small word about BOSS, BOSS has been retired LOOT has taken it's place the only difference between these two utilities is the way they handle Load Order. Both Utilities are the brain children of Wrinkly Ninja, if anyone has a problem with that yip at him.
On top of Bevilex' Graphics Mod List, I'm also using Sinitar Gaming's Mod List for 2017. (I Highly recommend it, it makes the game beautiful, challenging, engaging, and interesting to play. Once I figured out how to install it, it only took about 6-8 hours over two days to install)
