The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Brighter/wider radius torch mods not working.
I'm using Wrye Bash with Boss, but none of the three torch mods that google pulled up work. Anyone willing to give me suggestions?

a bit of extra info: i can only assume all natural caused the cave darkness, but i can't find anything in the all natural .ini for cave or interior brightness to change, nor do i know if there is a setting in the documents/oblivion/.ini that could possibly help. currently i am at the start of the game in the cave/dungeon and it's much more dark then when compared to vanilla.

if anyone knows a .ini tweak or anything else that might help, a mod etc, please let me know.

I use the darker dungeons mod and the Brighter Torches mod. On that Nexus page for Brighter Torches v1_2 it says you might need to pick up another torch for the brightness to become noticable.

Glad to hear it mate. A very good dungeon mod for lighting is The Dungeons of Ivellon because it has beautiful, unique textures and the dungeons are pitch black so you have to rely on torches a lot. The enemies are tough and the readme says you should be level 20+ before starting it.
