Master file Knights.esp missing (FIXED)
Vortex is saying I'm missing the master file Knights.esp. When in-game, when asked about the chapel attack, the npcs go stiff face and no dialog comes out. The subtitles show very briefly so it technically works. I got the quest started

So I have GOTY edition with only Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. I'm using a lot of mods but mostly the unofficial patches. It's there I found it. I deleted it and let steam check integrity and download it. Doesn't work. I've tried opening it in Adobe acrobat and VS code so the game would 'remember' it. It didn't work. I've tried Unofficial Knights of Nine ESP Patch, ran the exe file and directed it to the data folder where the Knights.esp file is. Any other ideas?

Update: With all mods removed Knights of the Nine does not show up at all. It's the Seamless - OCOv2 - SR- OCOv2 IDIOT 44676 that is making a call to Knights.esp with eve.knightsofthenine.esp. I think that call for a face to body seamlessness is why Knights shows up at all. I'll check the mod to make sure It's the latest version

Ah I figured it out, for anyone else:

In the launch screen, I selected Data Files and it turns out both DLCs were not enabled. I checked them and launched and now it all works fine
