Where my horse

i bought a black horse for 5000 gold and then did a main story mission and it swapped my horse for the painted horse.

but wheres my original black horse?

i went back to the stable i got her from but its not there
i paid 5000 gold and lost it within 15 minutes.

This is why horses and Oblivion don't mix with the obvious exception of Shadowmere. If the horse isn't marked as essential it could have been killed.

is there anyway to get another black horse (apart from shadowmare cus RP) its the only horse faster than my magic buffed 220 speed character.

i found my black horse he was like in the middle of nowhere in a location i had not yet been to in the middle of a field.

i was running around randomly testing out my high speed and looking for random oblivion gates in areas i had no yet been to and just came across him at random, there are no markers near him either. i know hes my horse cus he has armour and the tag.

This is a slight bug with the Horse AI. When dismounted, normally they will just stand still, or retreat if combat is happening. However, randomly, a horse you own wanders off, in this case, it usually makes its way back to the stables where you bought it or where it was given to you.
