Opening the console and typing: placeatme 33669 333 should give you a cheese tsunami.
If not that single line a quick bat with placeatme 33669 1 copied and pasted over and over definately would and you can add different cheeses like 33668 and D3B2A.

Use tcl to fly up high, spawn the cheese, return to the ground and turn collision back on? Then it'd rain cheese.
