I've been a vampire for multiple levels, and I regret it heavily. Anyway I could use a console command to cure it instead of having to get 5 Grand Soul Gems?

press ~ & type "player.additem 977E4 1" without quotes. This will add the cure to your inventory.

I'm not sure, sorry. I'm just about to start this game back up after not playing for a few years; I also always played as a mage, I just happened to know where to find the commands.
