so i knocked it off with a fireball is there a way to get it back?

You could try tcl and go down to look for it. But, I'm not sure if the void has a 'bottom' where it would rest. You may have to reload a previous save.

but all my saves are after i threw the fireball. i was wondering if there is any command that allows me to get the item and move forward with the quest

there's the player.additem command for the console, but you'd need to look up the id of the item online

This is correct. You can find item id’s at: uesp.net

The first two digits depend on load order, which uesp explains how to determine.

Once you have the item, I’m not sure if having it added to your inventory will trigger the quest to update, though. You may need to use the console to advance to the next quest stage.

Ya, it can be a pain to figure out. Try 01 or 02

If these don't work, drop one of the other Crusader relics on the ground. Open the console, then click the cursor over the object. This should display the item ID. Whatever the first two numbers are will be what you need; all items in you game added by Knights of the Nine will have the same first two numbers.
