Namira's shrine with Oscuro's OBlivion Overhaul
I know in vanilla Oblivion that drinking cheap wine lowers personality to get Namira's quest. Since alcohol no longer has that effect, how do you lower personality to get Namira's quest playing Oscuro's?

Well, you could always make a custom spell that debuffs your personality instead. I actually use one of those so that I can raise NPC disposition higher than usual.

You can also make your own potions. If you have at least 50 Alchemy, for example, then mixing Summer Bolete Caps and Bog Beacon Asco Caps should get you shield potions that damage personality as a side effect.
