Best part of the imperial city?

I was bored, and decided to talk a stroll back through the imperial city. It was fun to revisit the Elven Gardens, Arena and White-Gold tower again after all the years. What are your favourite parts of the city?

In my case, my fav area is the green emperor way, for certain! Love the tower and the green spaces around it... and also, I almost always play with the mod Let the People Drink, which adds waterfalls to that area falling from the interior circle, and they look amazing.

The sewers are a fun playground.

Wow, that sounds great - I love waterfalls in the elder scrolls games in general, will have to check out that mod. Thanks for the tip!
