Gwinas Bug
I'm trying to do the main questline, and, as always, I manage to break something. Gwinas is supposed to come to The First Edition. He never came, and the ques tarrow keeps pointing me towardfs the first floor of the Tiber Septim Hotel. Yet, he's never there. What the hell do I do?

UESP notes that the additional DLC for the game can sometimes bug him out. Odds are using the console to drag him to your location would work:
