PLEASE HOW DO I POISON SOMEONES FOOD

One way is to reverse pick pocket a poison food item, like an apple, into their inventory.

If the target is already eating or it's sit you can simply place the apple in front of them and wait.

NPC's that eat will have an area where they pick up food before hand. Replace all the food and the NPCs will eat the poisoned stuff. You can also plant the the poison like BarbarianHeart said in case you don't want to kill anyone else who eats in that area

What i was looking for is a way of put the poison in the food. I don't even know if you can do that in the game or if i just have to buy a poisoned apple for example.

I think poisoned apples are the only poisoned food in the base game; I don't think that there is a way to poison non-poisoned food.
