Is lycanthropy a thing in oblivion?

So far the only thing that i can be infected with is vampirism. Does doing the daedria quest for Hircine give me the ability to be a werewolf?

Not only that, but the werewolf in morrowind is far better than in Skyrim imo. You can still sneak, jump really high onto buildings, etc. And all your stats are buffed big time as a werewolf.

You can quite literally sneak through a town like Balmora jumping into buildings from the ground while sneaking, jump off a building a d stealth kill a dude in the middle of town, then jump back onto the building without being caught

I guess it was to kinda limit it in Skyrim, with it only being used to kill ♥♥♥♥ and look cool while doing that, beyond that i don't think its that bad, though i never collected totems for abilities since id ussualy do bit of Companions then go for Dawnguard.
