Skill tree or perk mod?

One thing that bores me about oblivion is the lack of a skill tree or perks, etc. Are there any mods that make leveling more interesting? Perhaps with a skill tree like mechanic?

There was a mod that gives you Magicka bonus upon leveling your spell school to certain degree. Apprentice Destruction gives you 25 pts of Magicka and all that.
