Report a translation problem
The note you found might make more sense if you could read daedric script[en.uesp.net]. Personally I'd cheat by reconfiguring Oblivion.ini to point to a different font file.
About the Daedric Language hmmm, i would rather not cheat so i guess i will just try to translate it, thanks for the link to the translation.
No idea, I haven't installed the mod. I was just going by the only other discussion I could find about the paperchase online.
