However, the leveled "Amulet of Interrogation", which has a Fortify Hand-to-Hand effect of 3-9 points, is a possible reward for the Fighters Guild quest "Information Gathering". If you do the quest between levels 6-9, you'll get the best version.
I would also recomend for effective leveling of attributes to focus on the stealth skills for leveling up agility, but use some non major skills, to also build that str and willpower, since you have hand to hand and alteration as major skills.
For example, while leveling up your sneak, lockpicking, and marksman (all agility) for your 1st 5 or so levels, use some blunt or sword to build str, and some restoration and destruction to build that willpower, NOT your class skill. This way your 10 increases in major skills are all agility for +5 on level up, but so are your str and willpower increases for the +5. If you focus solely on major skills, you will not get all 3 +5 on level up.
Another option is to do only 2 of those 3, while building up some heavy armor and repair, not so much to use those, but to build that endurance some more for better hp over level ups.
In either case, its easier if one does this sooner rather than later. Much easier to train attributes thru the less essential to class skills, while enemies are mostly still just rats and crabs, and if done earlier it puts you far enough ahead of the curve, where getting +5s is less of a worry by level 10-15, rather than in the 20 or 30 range.
Leveling up Marksman without losing arrows? That's easy; use the NPC trainers! Every skill has 'em, and here are the ones for Marksman:
Edla Dark-Heart, in Bruma (lives with her husband on the south side of town).
Shameer, in Skingrad (across the street from the church).
Pinarus Inventius, in Anvil (this guy lives in the southwestern part of town, near the harbor gate).
Reman Broder, in Skingrad (if you travel south across the western bridge, his house is first on the right).
Alawen, in Troll Candle Camp (if you've done the "A Night to Remember" quest, the camp is to the northeast of Gweden Farm, where that quest ends).
Also, the Thieves Cove add-on adds Melliwin, who appears in Dunbarrow Cove. But only if you visit the Sea Tub Clarabella in Anvil and get the right upgrade from Dahlia Rackham: "Fletcher" is the one you want.
As for alteration spells, I would look into the different Shield spells. They all add to your armor rating while they're up, and the elemental variants give you temporary resistance to that kind of elemental damage.
Actually, there's an easy way to gain money if you've done the quest "Order of the Virtuous Blood" and sided with Roland Jenseric. Every vampire in the game drops Vampire Dust when killed, and Roland pays you 250 gold every time you give some. Eight vampires killed will net you 2,000 gold. However, I would wait until your hand-to-hand skill is at least Journeyman before you do this quest, as otherwise, you'll only be doing 80% of your normal damage, as NPC vampires are 20% resistant to normal weapons.
That's the easiest part of it. Go to the Temple District of the Imperial City and just wait until you're approched by a Dunmer named Ralso Norvalo. She gives you the quest. It's best to do the quest at low levels if you're siding with Roland. However, unlocking the quest requires 5 Fame points, and you get those from doing quests and closing Oblivion Gates. Defeating enemies in the Arena also gives Fame points.
