NPC's doesn't move

What can you advise to me: I used some repack of TES:Oblivion that included mods in it, now I installed vanilla Oblivion from official CD, but I have some problems like I had with that repack: NPCs don't do what they have to (I'm in the beginning, and Uriel Septim with the guards just stood in one place and don't want to go further...). How and what should I clean in registry using CCleaner or what can you advice.

I now have Your Uninstaller. I thought 'one click uninstall' do complete uninstall with the registry cleaning.. but it turns out that it is not.

Or maybe I should have deleted the save folder?

Go to Documents/your games/Oblivion and delete Oblivion.ini

It helped but in a strange way: I had to push the emperor to make the script work...

Can you tell another thing: why does the game freeze every time it switches music track? This is especially annoying during the battle: when you are noticed, you have to wait a few seconds until everything works again.

That's due to having a codec that interferes with the game on your system. There can be many different ones, so you will just have to try deleting one pack at a time until you find the culprit.

But where can I find this codecs? In windows uninstall tool?
