A Brotherhood Betrayed: Already emptied the Waterlogged chest. Quest still telling me to open it.

I can't go any further because the quest is telling me to do something i've already done. I already have the mundane amulet, i have the three keys, and nothing else is happening.

Common bug with some mods which cause unlocking the chest..... so what you need to do is
Very easy.

Use command "lock" on chest to lock chest and finish quest

Details :

use "¬" key to bring command menu, then click on chest with your mouse ( you will know when is correct it will display chest name) then type "lock" command hit enter and close menu with "¬" key

Key should be always be ¬ or ` except if you changed key configuration.( it is before number 1)
