Kvatch Rebuilt problem
Pretty much what it says on the tag, I've installed OBSE and confirmed it was working, then the Kvatch Rebuilt mod. At first everything seemed to go according to plan (the Kvatch camp moved in the ruined city) and I even got a console message saying ''Igvar should be looking for you..." or something like that, but so far no messenger came to me to start the quest "Sticks and Stones".

Is there a way to fix this? or should I wait even longer (so far, after the console message I've spend at least 8 days in game, waiting or screwing around but nothing)?

Nevermind I found a way to work around it. If you are in the same situation as I was, just get to Kvatch, find Savlian Matius and talk to him. That will get the quest started.
