can you return to shivering isles?
Can you return to shivering isles after you finish dlc? In case you can't, what happens to your uncompleted quests, did they remain forever in active quests or are they canceled?

Without spoiling the storyline for you, yes you can, and there's a bit of post-end content. Repeatable quests and such.
