Mods to make oblivion more like skyrim?

I cant get used to oblivion after playing a modded skyrim and AAA games...I have applied all kinds of mods trying to make oblivion better but what I cant seem to find yet are:mods that make oblivion have the same or similar hud and inventory system as skyrim and mods that make the npc look less ugly. I have experimented with this a bit and npc faces are still cringe for me. Any mod suggestions?

Here is a tip for you: if you want to see some nice faces and ..... much but much more, I recommend this mod that will make you play for many days. If you have any problem, send me a post.
