Upgrading levelled items

I have heard something about there being a way to upgrade leveled items so that as I level up, the item continues to match my level. Is this true and if so, how do I do it? I think I may have also heard something about a mod that auto upgrades them.

Your best bet is to get a mod. There are a couple out there that will increase the level of leveled items as you level up. As far as an in game method, I do not think that there is a way to upgrade leveled items.

Crusader's Relics from Knights of the Nine DLC have this function.
If you place low-leveled equipment to armor stand, it will automatically adjust its stats to your level.

Manual downloaded it. Do you know how to install it? It doesn't seem to have instructions.

There is a glitch to level some of the non-dlc gear but it's way too complicated and requires bugging out a bunch of high-end merchants into clones. That s*** will crash your system pretty easily and it's best just to use unofficial patch and qol mods.
