The CPU, being a much more powerful CPU than the 360 had, will be able to run it at a much higher framerate simply because it isn't being worked hard. The GPU, however, locks into what the game tells it to.
Need proof or something? Can easily make a video for ya if you would like. Did the same with FO3 and NV.
Right on. Can do. I'll slap it up here once it's uploaded. Was quite surprised it works so well with this, fo3 and fonv with crazy ultra texture packs. I'm thinking it's because the meshes for everything aren't very complex and there's not much for good lighting and shadows in these older games. Throw on and enb and things start getting dicey lol
...or may be your mod pack isn't that аss after all. I hardly believe the game can handle it as you stated tbh but will see.
