sth went wrong with Elsweyr Pelletine

Is there anyone installed Elsweyr Anequina + Elsweyr Pelletine?
I installed them both(via WB), but when I go south to see the new town of Elsweyr Pelletine, I got a big mess of land, and town guards are all SWIMMING IN WATER
I dont think I did sth wrong

What happens if you just enable Anequina? Is the land still messed up, or is it only a problem if you attempt to add Pelletine? In the latter case, do you have Pelletine lower down in your load order?

Did you also install the required Tamriel Heightmaps mods?

And are you using other mods besides those? In particular, I notice that Pelletine's dev has stated it isn't compatible with Valenwood Improved.

I just leave Anequina and Pelletine and all these requires, and the land still messed up.

You're missing the Tamriel Heightmaps ESPs.
