Best Way to record Oblivion For videos? OBS or another Program?
Ive been using OBS for quite some time now, but with a fully modded game, recording videos removes 40 or so FPS from my normal 60 locked. Is there anyway to record without it being to heavy on the game performance?

And that is without removing any mods, or disabling my ENB. IM willing to change values for graphics but not completely removing them.

Uninstall one of those crappy texture packs and face, body mod is the only way, sadly.

This game is unstabilzed as it is.
I use NVidia ShadowPlay, which works fine for me! It depends on your PC build to be honest. A beast PC will be able to take it, whereas lower budget ones may not.

That is a huge FPS drop though, it could be you running too many things at once, FPS shoudln't drop that drastically from recording.

You shouldn't have to remove mods, but if you are using a lot, consider removing some of the lesser used mods. Also, ENB's are always buggy for this game.

Alright, will consider both sides to this topic. I am only running OBS and the game by the way. Ima performance nerd myself, and make sure that they are the only two programs runnin (Especially when it comes to other games like FPS shooters). As for my PC im running a laptop build:

Geforce 1050 Ti
i7-7700HQ at 2.8GHz
16GB of RAM
4GB of VRAM
Oblivion is installed on my D Drive which is a TB Hardrive.
