NPC equipment repair mod

After completing Knights of the Nine quests, some knights have missing armor parts.
I want them to look normal again, but there's no other way to just use console command.

Is there a mod yet?

Depending on what mods you have installed, you may be able to give them a repair hammer, or reverse pickpocket a repair hammer and they should re-equip any completely broken gear.

So there's a mod that NPC uses their repair hammers to repair their gear on their own, without me doing nothing except giving them hammers?

The mod Midas Magic gives a large selection of custom spells.

One of those spells is callsed Midas Sharing. This spell unequips ALL gear of the npc and opens them up like a chest allowing you to take and give equipment so long as the npc is friendly(if they are followers this should go without saying). Aside from being able to take their gear, repair it and then give it back you can also give them potions to use and even equip them in custom armor and gear. I don't know if they repair their gear if you give them a hammer though.
