Troll Painting quest?

I don't know is this bug or not. So I killed 2 Troll Painting, retrieve the paint brush.

3 of painting trolls after me. Run for life, jump to rocks, and they stuck. I leave them and approach The Painter.

Finally I went out from the painting. The quest is complete and The painter give me an apron.

Suddenly a painting troll came out from the studio room and kill The Painter's Wife, the painter. and Me.

I load the autosave when I get out from painting. Completed the quest, and the Painting Troll isn't coming after me.

How the hell The Painting Troll can suddenly appear in the studio room?

It's a different realm but still a doorway on the other side that enemies will go through in pursuit so it would be the same as exiting a dungeon with enemies close by and they will do the same and exit to try to keep up and kill you. I can't remember what it is but the trolls have something in their inventories that makes it worth killing them all from on top of the rock. It will also ensure they don't follow you and kill the painters wife :D WTF moments like that are what makes Oblivion so great.
