Invisible Clothing Bug

While in the Imperial City I noticed that the wood elf Hagaer chest was invisible. I used console commands to equip the shame shirt he had and the same thing happened with my character. I'm not sure which of my mods is causing this. Let me know if there is a way to fix this. This is my current load order:

If that's actually your load order, it's screwed like... bad. The unofficial patch should be at the top below the .esm - all other unofficial patches should load AFTER their respective .esp, not before. Obviously that's creating any number of problems.

You should probably get BOSS and let it sort that out for you (assuming you actually use a mod manager... if you're using NMM - don't. Get TESMM instead.

Even NMM do not screw load order like this. At least for the most popular mods. I don't know how it is possible to create this mess... No sorting at all?
I use wrye bash for manual sorting though.

I fixed the Load Order with LOOT but Im still getting the same issue. Im also using Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM).

Don't use LOOT, it's not good at this game. Use BOSS instead.

I've installed BOSS and used that to sort my load order but Im still getting the clothing bug. I think its a problem with one of my mods but Im not sure which one it is. I will deactivate all of my mods and then activate them one by one while checking the game to see if there are any issues. I will also post all of my mods with their links and my new load order. Also I will delete my currently modified texure folder and restore the game's original one so there aren't any errors. Let me know which one of my mods may be causing it.

There isn't any mod there that stand out particularly for this issue. Perhaps Qarls textures, but I don't know.
