Where can I find a bandit camp with Argonians? Or any dungeon
Nedded for Hermeus Mora quest and I dont want to kill any friendly NPCs

You can find both races for instance, in fort blueblood. You can get there randomly ( its in the south east of Leyawiin) or from the MageGuild Quest " Leyawiin Recommandation". There should be Altmer Battlemages and Argonian Archers.
