Look at Oblivion Modding Guide, search for ENBoost and follow the instructions:

You should be using the wrapper version and turn off steam overlay. Don't use the cleaning instruction from that guide as I think they are wrong.

and then lauch the injector exe and play the game, so if anyone else is having the same problem as me I hope this helps
I open the injector exe but theres no announce that its injected. Is there a way to inject or its already injected?
