Morroblivion Help

I'm trying to figure this out. I have download all files listed on the TES Renewal page, http://tesrenewal.com/forums/morroblivion/mods/753 . OBSE downloaded but when I try to run the application, it says it can't find Oblivion.EXE even thought it's in the base Oblivion folder. Also the Morroblivion files downloads as a 7z file, (master file installer and resource file). I followed a video and saw it came like a package with multiple files and I only received just a 7z file that I can't even open, . I also downloaded the Nexus Oblivion Mod Manager but don't know how to make the mods I downloaded for Morroblivion show up in it.

Noobing like a boss here lol, but am I on the right track or do I have to download something to make these files work? I literally deleted everything last night and tried everything over only to get the same exact results . I have downloaded Morrowind Overhaul before and it was really easy to use, but I want a better combat system and compass markers, the two things preventing me from playing the game lol.
