It's a large house with a follower you can aquire after a very long quest that is so hard it was impossible to complete without using console commands. The follower you get is also unreliable in battle and when exploring dungeons so not suitable for use as a long term follower but that's my experience and yours could be totally different :)
The Ranger House is a very nice mod that creates a small hut at the top of a very tall tree. The interior always feels cozy and has some very nice lighting effects of sunrays coming in during the day. A word of warning with this is it crashed for me so much I had to stop using it but about a year later I discovered the Engine Bug Fixes mod which made it work perfecto.

Explore all the buildings you have encountered during quests because often they will be left vacant and the perfect place for you to set up home. All you need is the Imperial Furniure mod and you can delete all the interior items like planks wood and mounds of rubble using the console and then decorate it with the Imperial Furniture mod.

I will check them even though they look traditional European homes. At least they are cozy. =)
I don't use it but if your "Inari" means 稲荷 this location is for you
I forgot to mention the different candles you can buy from the Imperial Furniture store and use to set the lighting in your home. I recently went across the map and made a list of all the houses that are empty and can be lived in without fear of the owner coming in and asking you to clear off which I can dig out if it helps. Some are very large but the coziest are small one room homes with a lit fire place. If you use the console to remove all the lighting already there some of the houses become pitchblack which is perfect for setting a relaxed vibe. Just a single candle can gently illuminate a desk or bed with a warm orange flicker.
I like the player home you can buy at the Waterfront because that's small and has a working fireplace. I also like Anvil Lighthose but someone lives there and I don't want to kill the owner but a mod that removes them from the game would be useful.
