Lighting is messed up

I'm in the caves at the begining of the game and there are yellow blocks where light is meant to be. Its really annoying is there anyway to get rid of it

I have a few mods but none should effect graphics

I had this same problem with trees and I had to reinstall the Official Oblivion patch

Why on Earth do you need the Official Patch? This patch is already included by default in the Steam version of the game. The Steam version is 1.2.0.416

Is it? I didn't know and I just followed what the requirements said I needed to have

Yea, that's why it's official. Might mess with your game. That patch is for outdated retail or pirated versions of the game I suppose. You only "need" the unofficial patches made by community. I'd check that first. Also check if you have all the DLC plugins enabled.

I just noticed the yellow block is a yellow diamond with a gray exclaimation mark

I found out that it was the OOO mods
