Why did they decided to make it worse?
I don't know.
Just another thing I'm gotta add to Bethesda's Book of BS
'kay
You see, this kind of attitude is one the reason for Bethesda's inhuman behaviours of game developing.
They thought people would think it's okay, so they're keep doing this BS stuff.
bY tHe nInE dIVInEs! aSSaULt! aSSaULt!
Okay, I appolozise.
But you gotta admit it's one of BS thing they' ve done.
I think it was a mistake, yes, but I wouldn't say I feel so strongly about it to call it a "BS Thing".
Just think about it.
Camera work is worse, compare to Morrowind.
They downgrade their own game by themselves.
And nobody at Bethesda made an objection about this, which is why they released the game this way.
Did they test this?
Did they even compare this game to their own prequel?
I'm sorry, but there's no excuse for this.
Mistakes happen. They thought they were making a better, cinematic camera, and it ended up being worse than they thought. Oh well. It happens.
Accept it, let it go, and move on. That is the way you deal with these things. Are you changing anything by sitting here, whining? Are you accomplishing anything by demanding that I conform to your way of thinking? No, you are not. You are only making yourself unhappy, and your insistence isn't helping anyone. You are gaining nothing from this self-righteous attitude.
Accept it as it is.
Let it go.
And move on.
Figures.
I totally agree. Mediocrity is not acceptable. But the millenials have been taught that everything goes, and any critique is negative. Be positive instead! And they haven't created anything.
An amateur who tries to do something or just makes a simple temporary fix can perfectly do a half assed job. A company with millions of dollars in budget and that has professionals employed? Not only in programming and design, but in project management, quality control, testing etc, is it okay that they did their best, or at least they did something (!!! Riiight?) ? No, ♥♥♥♥ no. It is a joke. And we have to buy this ♥♥♥♥. A game that is not playable without mods that we the buyers have to make. Oblivion without mods is like super mario in 3d. But super mario is much more fun.
Oblivion with mods that the customers have made (!!!!!!) tho is really amazing. Not thanks to Bethesda for that. "They made the construction set!!! ♥♥♥♥ you!!" ...that is barely usable, crashes constantly, is sorely lacking. Who made OBSE? Who made construction set extender so you can actually use the cs? Who made all the .dll plugins for obse? Bethesda? No? Who fixed the game? Bethesda? No?
"They thought" and "it happens", not by a veteran professional company with a massive budget so as not to make something as if they were amateurs.
You don't accept BS and mediocrity and half assed attempts, by professionals. You point it out. Someone built you a house, and the materials are bad and there are leaks and the house falls apart in two years, you paid 200 thousand dollars for it. "Accept it, let it go, that's how you deal with it"
It doesn't matter if it's a house or a game, professionals made it so you pay, and you expect (and are expected to expect) professionality.
Happiness and contentment doesn't come from closing ones eyes and running away from problems and faults. That is the very recipy for unhappiness and sorrow later in life.
It is not self-righteous to point out massive flaws in proffessional companies' products.
It is totally self-righteous tho to make a BS product and expect costumers to buy because there is nothing better anyway, and if they don't like it, ♥♥♥♥ them, or have them fix it themselves.
