What DLC is included in the Game of Year edition here?

I was wonder if it was just the standard DLC like the Knights of the Nine or Shivering Isles? Are there extras like the Fighter's stronghold or Mage's Tower?

GotY includes KotN & SI.

GotY Deluxe includes the full collection of DLC released for Oblivion.

Note that the Steam store tells all owners they have Deluxe, even if they only own the basic GotY edition. Check your license page if you want to be sure as to which version you have.
