Help with Wrye Bash please
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49280

I was following this guide, but Wrye can't detect any of the mods I installed...

If someone could tell me what im doing Id really appreciate that.

http://prntscr.com/ni1g9g Also im getting this wee issue, something about load order but no given way to fix it so I'm lost.

This is really complicated and annoying any dumbed down tips and help I appreciate a lot.

Those red highlights are because the two plugins have the exact same timestamp on them... to solve that, just select one of them and edit the "Modified" timestamp on the right panel and then save.

Or run BOSS, that should fix it too.

After that's fixed you can sort them properly just dragging them around or using Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down while one of them is selected.

As for your other issue, not sure what you mean by "Can't detect any of the mods I installed."

Can you provide more information as to what you've done and what you expect to happen?

You're safe to manually download and reinstall the mods you already installed, all it will do is overwrite the existing files and shouldn't hurt anything. That is the only way to make them show up in the list though.

Normally, you'll want to start with a fresh install and use wrye from the start. If you do mess something up and decide to reinstall, don't forget that steam doesn't delete any of the files in mydocuments/mygames/Oblivion, which is where your save games and .ini file is.

As the other post says, ignore that red highlight, it will get resolved when you build the bashed patch and sort the load order with Boss.
