Knights of the Nine Stone Guardian Bug
I’m starting to work through the knights of the nine quest line and I’ve arrived at Fort Bulwark. I’ve made it to the point where I am supposed to turn the stone guardians to face the center. However, they seem to be bugged and do not move when I turn the handles. The sound plays as if they are moving but they remain in one place. I tried exiting the game and reloading but this did not solve the issue. Since I play on PC, I was wondering if there is a command I can type in to make the statues move or at least complete that aspect of the puzzle and quest. Any other suggestions welcome too. If some knows how many times I have tu turn each statue, that might work too. I just can’t tell because there is no animation corresponding with the sound and activation.

EDIT:
In case anyone else encounters this issue, here’s how I solved it.
Setting the quest stage did not complete the puzzle, so the door was still closed and I couldn’t progress.
I used the command “movetoqt” (move to quest target) which teleported me in front of the shield (the goal of this quest.) To make sure everything went smoothly, I then used the command “SetStage ND05 40” so the game would believe I had completed the puzzles that I skipped. I then took the shield and everything worked normally.

yep bugged for me too :\
at 1st i thought it was my 110fps cap (cap for bethesda games before huge issues)
went to 30fps no cigar,
so i assume its a mod conflict or my ui edit :|
kinda sucks everything else works fine, just some items in game that have 'activate'
dont seem to trigger the script for the animation.
