Unfortunately you can’t. Best advice I can give is to aim at the ground at your feet. Fire the arrow and pick it up. This even works with magic arrows, but do it fast because they will disappear after a few seconds.

you cant just aim at the ground next to your feet ,pick up the arrow ,done
