Dark UI Wrye Bash Bain issues (help please)

I use Wrye bash to mod oblivion and so far so good, I started with basic Darnified UI via the UI Wizard installer for Wrye Bash and for the most part it worked just fine, all I had to do for regular Darn UI was drag drop and click wizard & pick what I want. some sections in the inventory tab were bigger than others but that didn't make it the end of the world for me, however I saw that there was a dark version of Darnified UI too same way of installing with the wizard in Wrye Bash but when it comes to the dark version it totally makes the game borderline unplayable with the mouse being pushed out and only being able to select and scroll menu sections with the arrow keys, the map is just fine but a lot of the text overlap each other or get too large or get pitch black. When I use regular DarnUI I select what I want via wizard and let it load in and BAM game is just fine and the menus are better as they should be. But everytime I try reinstalling DarkUI and trying out settings that may have messed with it from the installer section it asks me if I want to allow it to edit ini files (which I have no great knowledge of knowing how to properly use that) I click ok assuming nothing bad would happen and as the Dark UI is implemented into Oblivion all the issues I stated are there. They leave once I uninstall it but I just don't know how to tackle the issue head on in fear of destroying the game's files.

I figured it out! I had to manually install it in Wrye Bash myself
