Screen tearing and fps issues.
So i have bad screen tearing with or without vsync enabled.

I tried to cap my fps to 50 and the what resulted is the game running fast... Like, everything is fast forwarded... I can punch 100 times in 2 seconds and move around at lightspeed...

Wtf is going on? all i want to do is get rid of screen tearing X3

Windowed mode has no borderless option... And i tried downloading that one alt tab windowed mod but it doesnt work correctly with my monitor.

Have you tried forcing vsync in the Nvidia/AMD Control Panel?
