Darnified UI + HUD Status Bars Mod
Anyone tried this combination?

When i install Hud mod with OBMM, it seems it clashes with Darnified UI, for eg. compass resets and can't be anymore adjusted from the game. It would be nice to get these two working, always love to add more hud elements to screen like fps, money.

Haven't played yet with loading order.

You can certainly use them together, but you need to install HSB after having Darnified installed and it will certainly depend on the manner you install them...

I.e. the OMOD you're using, it would certainly need to have a script that detects DarN and auto-chose the correct installation files, or at least will need to have an option/prompt to let you chose the files yourself.

OTOH, if you're using the DarnUi config addon to change positions and such, then yeah... is not compatible.

The best option available, IIRC is to just replace the standard HUD bars with new ones provided by HSB, and then you can control its position and appearance by just using the HSB ini. EDIT: But this will make the config addon not work anymore, of course! Keep that in mind.

I think they are controlled by settings located in the Hud Status Bars - base.INI.

There's an option there that allows you to turn off the game's default bars and use the ones provided by the mod instead... and then you can setup them however you want them by controlling their properties as per normal, using that same ini.
