nifskope is stupid please help me

every ♥♥♥♥ing time i try to use my custom sword mesh in nifskope it acts so ♥♥♥♥ing stupid. i try to match all the block/nodes whatever they are with a .nif sword from oblivion, when i try adding different blocks or copying and pasting they dont ever go in the right spot example i'll select ninode to add collision and it says its being added to the root which does not go under my ninode trishape and that ♥♥♥♥. someone send me a good tuto or help me out through tying even would mean a lot!
