Flashing menu + Texture glitches

Recently Oblivion stopped running properly, my menu stuff flashes/flickers constantly(which isnt a huge issue, its annoying but I could play with it) and so are lots of the graphics, walls, doors, trees, etc are all flickering and flashing in and out(It basically flashes out of view showing everything behind it thencomes back and does this non stop 24/7) Ive tried deleting, reinstalling, alongside lowering textures, graphics etc and havent found a solution, the only two games I have that are doing this are Oblivion and New Vegas, everything else runs fine.

Hoping maybe someone here knows a fix?

First you should check if your graphics wasnt updatin or instalin any fixes or updates then try to restart the game with minimal graphics play for few minutes then exit and reset the values how you like them it should negate the problem. It worked for me.
